Park West Clinic Easy Payment Plan

The ‘Easy Payment Plan’ provides you (the patient) flexibility in paying for your surgery. This plan is available directly through Park West Clinic and can be arranged swiftly (only available for certain procedures).

A down payment must be made and the remaining balance will be paid in 10 monthly installments - interest free!

The following criteria below must be fulfilled before any application will be considered:

• Must be over 18 years old to apply.

• A Finance Details form must be completed (available in clinic).

• At least 3 months banks statements – may request up to 6 months.

• 3 recent payslips.

• A good credit history and 3 years Irish address history (proof of residential address is required).

• Passport or Driving licence plus recent utility bill must be presented on making the application.

• Standing order form must be completed.
